THE APPROPRIATION DECREE 1966 Decree No. 28 THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.-(1) The Accountant-General may, when authorized so to do by warrants issued by the Federal Executive Council, pay out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund during the year ending on 31st March 1967 the sums specified by the warrants, not exceeding in the aggregate seventy-six million, seven hundred and twenty thousand and forty pounds.
