L.N. 6 of1967 EDUCATION (LAGOS} ACT CAP. 56 Yaba Polytechnic College (Closure) Order 1967 Commencement : 17th January 1967 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 (3) of the Education (Lagos) Act, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Federal Executive Council hastmade the following Order 1.- This Order may be cited as the Yaba Polytechnic College (Closure) Order 1967, and it shall apply to the Federal Territory only. 2.
