THE FIREARMS (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1966 135 Decree No. 31 THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. Section 27 of the Firearms Act is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following, that is to say, "or have in his possession or under his control any firearms manufactured in contravention of this section." 2.
