THE HIRE PURCHASE (APPLICATION) DECREE 1966 Decree No. 42 [6th June 1966] THE NATIONAL MILITARY GOYERNMENT hereby decrees as follows : 1.- (1) The Hire Purchase Act 1965 shall apply throughout Nigeria and accordingly in section 21 (1) of that Act for the words "shall apply only to the Federal territory" there shall be substituted the words "shall apply through out Nigeria".
