L.N. 72 of1966 . POOL BETTING TAX ACT 1965 (1965 No. 11) Pool Betting Tax Act (Commencement) Order 1966 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (3) of section 4 of the Pool Betting Tax Act 1965 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf the Executive Council has made the following Order 1. This Order may be cited as the Pool Betting Tax Act (Commencement) Order 1966. 2. The Pool Betting T ax Act 1965 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1966. M ADE in Lagos this 1st day of September 1966
