L.N. 108 of 1966 WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT 1961 (1961 No. 31) Appointed Day Notice In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1961, as modified by the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decrees (Nos. 1 to 9), and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Federal Executive Council has appointed the 1st day of July, 1966 as the date on which the above Act shall come into force. DATED at Lagos this 14th day of November, 1966.
