THE POST OFFICE (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1966 Decree No. 81 [29th December 1966] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. In section 27 (I) of the Post Office Act, after the words "fictitious postage stamp," there shall be added the following words "or bearing any postage stamp the surface of which is smeared or coated with mucilage or any other substance,". 2. This Decree may be cited as the Post Office (Amendment) Decree 1966 and shall apply throughout Nigeria. DATED at Lagos this 29th day of December 1966.
