THE POOL BETTING TAX (INCREASE OF RATE) DECREE 1966 Decree No. 82 [29th December 1966; but sees. 1(2)] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.- ( 1) The rate at which tax is to be levied under the Pool Betting Tax Act 1962 on moneys placed as stakes as mentioned in section 1 (I) of that Act is hereby fixed at twenty per cent. (2) Subsection (1) above shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 1966 ; and accordingly the rate of tax fixed thereby shall apply as regards all moneys which were on or after that date placed as stakes as aforesaid.
