LABOUR CODE ACT (CHAPTER 91) The Labour Code (Trade Union Contributions) Order, 1964 Commencement: 1st October, 1964 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 27 A of the Labour Code Act and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Order : 1. This Order may be cited as the Labour Code (Trade Union Contribu tions) Order, 1964 and shall apply throughout the Federation. 2.
