L.N. 27 of 1965 CRIMINAL CODE ACT (CHAPTER 42) Criminal Code (Prohibited Importations) Order, 1965 Commencement : 18th February, 1965 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Criminal Code, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following Order 1. The importation into Nigeria of the magazine entitled the "Peking Review", a weekly magazine of Chinese news and views, is hereby prohibited. 2.
