L.N. 30 of 1965 AIR FORCE ACT, 1964 (1964, No. 11) Air Force (Income Tax Management Act Application) Order, 1965 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 206 of the Air Force Act, 1964 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the President has made the following Order 1. The application of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 3 of the First Schedule to the Income Tax Management Act, 1961 to the members of the Air Force shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of February, 1965. 2.
