MINERALS ACT (CHAPTER 121) Prospecting (Areas and Minerals) Prohibition (Amendment) Declaration, 1965 Commencement: 4th March, 1965 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Minerals Act and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following declaration !.
