ELECTORAL ACT, 1965 (1965, No. 1) Appointed Day Notice In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section five of the Electoral Act, 1965, the President has appointed the 22nd February, 1965 as the day upon which the above Act shall come into operation. DATED at Lagos this 12th day of March, 1965
