L.N. 44 of 1967 I NSURANCE COMPANIES ACT 1961 (1961 No. 53) Insurance Companies Act 1961 (Commencement) Order 1967 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (1) of the Insurance Companies Act 1961, as modified by the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decree 1967, which powers have been delegated to the Council under the Delegation of Functions (Federal Executive Council) Order 1967, the Federal Executive Council hereby makes the following order : 1.
