THE CONSTITUTION (SUSPENSION AND MODIFICATION) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1967 Decree No. 16 [30th Nlay 1967] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. Section 8 (2) of the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decree 1966 (as restored by the Constitution (Repeal and Restoration) Decree 1967) is amended, ( a) by inserting as paragraph (g) the following new paragraph "(g) Lieutenant-Colonel Hassan Usuman Katsina ;"; and (b) by re-lettering the existing paragraphs (g) and (/z) in section 8 (2) aforesaid as paragraphs (h) and (i) respectively. 2.
