STATES (CREATION AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1967 Decree No. 19 [31st May 1967] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby dec1ees as follows : 1. For the avoidance of any doubt, ( a) there shall be substituted for the Schedule of the States (Creation and Transitional Provisions) Decree 1967 the Schedule hereunder, and where references are made therein to divisions they shall be read and construed as references to administrative divisions of Nigeria in the report of the Constituency Delimitation Commission 1964 ; and (b) the reference to "Region" in section 7 (2) of the Decree …
