L.N. 61 of 1965 THE CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT, 1965 (1965 No. 3) Appointed Day Notice In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 (2) of the Customs Tariff Act 1965 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf the President has appointed 1st June, 1965 as the date on which sections 7 and 8 of the Customs Tariff Act 1965 shall come into operation. DATED at Lagos this 26th May, 1965.
