CRIMINAL JUSTICE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) DECREE 1975 Decree No. 30 [16tll October 1975] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby d~rees as follows: 1.- (1) Any person who wilfully and unlawfully (a) destroys, damages or removes any telecommunication works; or (b) otherwise prevents or obstructs the sending or delivering of a communication by means of telecommunication ; shall be guilty of an offence under this Decree.
