PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION DECREE 1975 Decree No. 31 [16th October 1975] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.-(1) There shall be established a commission to be known as the Public Complaints Commission (hereinafter in this Decree referred to as "the Commission") which shall consist of a Chief Commissioner and such number of other Commissioners as the Supreme Military Council may from time to time determine.
