INDIAN HEMP (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1975 Decree No. 34 [24th October 1975] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows 1. The Indian Hemp Decree 1966 is hereby amended as follows : (a) in section 2 (1) for the words "to be sentenced" up to the end of the subsection, there shall be substituted the words "to imprisonment for not less than ten years." ; (b) in section 3 (1) for the words "to be sentenced either to death or to imprisonment for a term of not less than fifteen years" ; there shall be substituted the words "to imprisonment for not less than ten years" ; (c) in section 4 for …
