COUNTERFEIT CURRENCY (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1975 Decree No. 37 [18th November 1975] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1.-(1) The punishment prescribed in respect of the offences mentioned in sections 1 (1) and (2), 2, 3 (1), (2), (3) and (4) and 4 (1) of the Counterfeit Currency (Special Provisions) Decree 1974 (hereinafter referred to as "the Decree") is hereby reduced to imprisonment for life and, accordingly, for the words "be sentenced to death" whenever they occur in those sections there shall be substituted the words "be sentenced to imprisonment…
