BANKING (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1975 Decree No. 39 [3rd December 1975] THE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. In section 1 ( 1) of the Banking (Special Provisions) Decree 1966 for the words "he may direct the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to instruct a bank examiner to issue orders" there shall be substituted the words "he may direct the issue of orders, or direct the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to instruct a bank examiner to issue orders,". 2.
