L.N. 119 of 1975 LABOUR DECREE 1974 (1974 No. 21) Labour Decree (Trade~Union Contributions) (No.2) Order 1975 In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 5 (3) of the Labour Decree 1974, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Brigadier Henry Edmund Olufemi Adefope, Federal Commissioner for Labour, hereby make the following Order : 1. The trade unions specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby approved for the purposes of section 5 (3) of the Labour Decree 1974 with effect from the dates respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule.
