L.N. 121 of 1975 PORTS ACT (CAP. 155) Ports (Declaration of Port Limits) Order 1975 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Ports Act, and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I, Lieutenant-Colonel Shebu Musa Yar'adua, Federal Commissioner for Transport, hereby make the following Order : Commencement: 8th December 1975 1. The limits specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be the limits of the ports of Lagos, Port Harcourt, Calabar, Koko, Sapele, Forcados, Burutu, Warri, Degema and Bonny, respectively, for the purposes of the Act. 2.
