JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT ACT, 1964 1964, No. 4 AN ACT TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF THE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT. [20th January, 1964] BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Federation of Nigeria in this present Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows : 1. The number of the Justices of the Supreme Court shall be increased by three; and accordingly, in subsection (1) of section three of the Federal Supreme Court Act, 1960 (which provides that the number of those Justices shall be five), for the word "five" there ~hall be substituted the word "eight". 2.
