L.N. 64 of 1967 PORTS ACT (CAP. 155) Nigerian Ports Authority (Dues and Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 1967 Commencement : 5th May 1967 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 82 of the Ports Act and of all other powers in that behalf enabling it the Nigerian Ports Authority hereby makes the following regulations : 1. These regulations may be cited as the Nigerian Ports Authority (Dues and Rates) (Amendment) Regulations 1967. 2.
