THE LEGAL EDUCATION (AMENDMENT) DECREE 1967 Decree No. 29 [1 21/z July 1967] T HE FEDERAL MILITARY GOVERNMENT hereby decrees as follows: 1. Section 3 of the Legal Education Act 1962 (which provides for a qualifying certificate leading to enrolment) is amended by inserting as paragraph (a) the following new paragraph "(a) he is a citizen of Nigeria; and" ; and thereafter by re-lettering existing paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) as (h), (c) and (d) respectively. 2.
