The Lagos Executive Development Board is empowered by the Lagos Town Planning Act to undertake operations which are authorised by schemes made under the Act ; but occasionally it is convenient for the Board to undertake the execution of other projects on behalf of the Federal govern ment. This Bill proposes to extend the powers of the Board retrospectively so as to enable it to undertake these projects as agent of the Federal government. MusA YAn'AouA, Minister of Lagos Affairs
