The following Bill, which will in due course be presented to Parliament for enactment, is published for general information. THE REMOVAL OF VEHICLES, ETC. (LAGOS) BILL EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM This Bill makes fresh provision for the removal of motor vehicles left on highways in Lagos in breach of the parking regulations.
