L.N. 34 of 1964 MINERALS ACT (CHAPTER 121) Prospecting (Areas and Minerals) Prohibition (Amendment) Declaration, 1964 Commencement : 19th March, 1964 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Minerals Act and of all other powers enabling me in that behalf, I hereby make the following declaration : 1. This declaration may be cited as the Prospecting (Areas and Minerals) Prohibition (Amendment) Declaration, 1964. 2.
