L.N. 86 of 1965 MERCHANT SHIPPING ACT 1962 (1962, No. 30) Merchant Shipping (Medical Scales) Regulations (Commencement) Notice 1965 Notice is hereby given that the Merchant Shipping (Medical Scales) Regulations 1964 shall come into force on 1st September 1965. This notice may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Medical Scales) Regulations (Commencement) Notice 1965 and shall apply throughout the Federation. GrvEN at Lagos this 2nd day of August 1965.
