L.N. 112 of 1965 FIREARMS ACT (CHAPTER 69) Firearms Prohibition (Western Nigeria) Order 1965 Commencement : 28th October 1965 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Firearms Act, the Prime Minister of the Federation has made the following Order 1. This Order may be cited as the Firearms Prohibition (Western Nigeria) Order 1965 and shall have effect in Western Nigeria. 2.
