N. 113 of 1965 THE CONSTITUTION OF THE FEDERATION (1963 No. 20) Exercise of Functions by Superior Police Officers (Consent) (No. 2) Notice 1965 In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section one hundred of the Constitution of the Federation, the President has given his consent to the exercise by superior police officers of the functions conferred upon them by the Cinematograph (Censorship) Law, 1964 of Northern Nigeria. DATED at Lagos this 26th day of October 1965.
