Executive Summary The average retail price per litre of Household Kerosene (HHK) paid by consumers in October 2023 was N1,303.16, indicating an increase of 0.32% compared to N1,299.03 recorded in September 2023. On a year-on-year basis, the average retail price per litre of the product rose by 25.18% from N1,041.05 in October 2022.
