Executive Summary The average retail price per litre of Household Kerosene (HHK) paid by consumers in February 2023 was N1,173.89, indicating an increase of 1.78% compared to N1,153.40 recorded in January 2023. On a year-on-year basis, the average retail price per litre of the product rose by 160.48% from N450.66 in February 2022.
