Executive Summary The average retail price per litre of Household Kerosene (HHK) paid by consumers in January 2022 stood at ₦437.11 from ₦467.97 in December 2021 showing a decrease of 6.60 percent on a month-on-month. On a year-on-year comparison, the average price increased by 24.69 percent from ₦350.55 in January 2021. The top three states with the highest average price per litre in January 2022 were Ebonyi with ₦652.78 followed by Cross River with ₦550.00 and Enugu with ₦527.78.
