Executive Summary The average retail price of Automotive Gas Oil (Diesel) paid by consumers increased by 24.17 percent on a year-on-year basis from a lower cost of N223.74 per litre recorded in the corresponding month of last year to a higher cost of N277.83 per litre in November 2021. On a month-on-month basis, an increase of 9.35 percent was recorded from N254.07 in the preceding month of October to an average of N277.83 in November 2021.
