Executive Summary Average price paid by consumers for premium motor spirit (petrol) increased by 2.36% year-on-year and decreased month-on-month by -0.04% to N164.85 in September 2021 from N164.91 in August. States with the highest average price of premium motor spirit (petrol) were Abia (N172.50), Ekiti (N170.62) and Lagos (N167.80).
