The principal objective of this Project is to contribute to socio-economic development, poverty reduction and integration of the regions of the country through an improved holistic integrated infrastructure development project that captures the major economic areas of the state (Aba and Umuahia). The overall objective is to improve the economy and the lives of the inhabitants of Abia state.
