The objective of this consultancy is to undertake a holistic diagnostic of the COVID-19 impacts on youth-owned and youth-led SMEs in the selected countries of Ghana, Nigeria, Mali and Togo, in agriculture and ICT. This will also culminate in the generation of a post-pandemic action plan using trade as an economic recovery tool.
