The Integrated Project for Opening up the Hamdara-Wacha-Dungass-Nigerian Border Cross-Border Production Areas (PIDZT) mainly seeks to develop a 110-km road linking inter-State zones and open up areas with high agro-sylvo-pastoral potential. The project, which is one of the priority operations in the National Transport Strategy and a priority action of the Economic and Social Development Plan (PDES)2017-2021, will enhance road transport’s contribution to national economic development.
