Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF) - Operational Guidelines

The Nigeria Trust Fund (NTF) was established in 1976 at the initiative of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to provide concessional financing to the Bank’s Regional Member Countries (RMCs), with particular focus on the poorest among them. It is a special fund administered by the Bank, in accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of the Agreement establishing the Bank.
